Closing Communication Simplified

I made a mistake about how to have the money from the sale of my home deposited by check. Apparently, depending on your institution, there may be a 5 to 10 day delay to use that money. Since I was purchasing another house, I needed it to be available immediately. I called Boone-Central Title and they were able to destroy the check and then wire the money to my account instead. I appreciate their ability to turn on a dime and correct MY mistake!

Had an excellent, excellent experience with this company while buying a house recently. For whatever reason, when I got close to closing on the house, I was having trouble getting a hold of my realtor. So, I tried contacting Boone Central. First, their automated phone system is very good. Within about 20 or 30 seconds or so, it gives you the option to contact the operator. When you select that option, within a couple of rings, the operator picks up. I ended up calling Boone Central three or four times and every time I selected the option for operator a live person would answer almost immediately. Next, all of the people I talked to were very helpful. They took time to patiently explain how the closing process works, and how the process of filing the contract and amendments work. Finally, closing itself didn't take long and went very smoothly. I was extremely happy with each of my interactions with the folks at Boone Central. Needless to say, I can't recommend this company enough!
